1、 Working principle of Uninterruptible Power Supply products

Uninterruptible Power Supply shall immediately switch to battery inversion state; In order to prevent switching back and forth, the uninterruptible power supply product will be switched to the mains inverter state only when the mains power is restored to 170 ~ 270V. Detection and control of mains power frequency the purpose of detecting mains power frequency is to serve as the basis for inverter phase locking. The inverter phase is adjusted by adjusting the zero crossing point of inverter, so that the inverter output and mains power input under mains power state are basically the same frequency and phase. When the mains power is turned on, the uninterruptible power supply product detects the frequency of input mains power as the frequency of inverter output; When the battery is turned on, the frequency of the inverter output is set according to the frequency of the previous output.

When the mains power is normal, phase locking is performed. The inverter frequency first tracks the mains power frequency, and then tracks the phase after the frequency is the same. The inverter and mains power are in the same phase by changing the inverter frequency. After phase locking, the phase difference between inverter and mains power is less than 3 degrees, and the frequency error is less than 0.01Hz. When the mains frequency exceeds the range of 47 ~ 53hz, UPS does not perform phase locking and immediately turns to battery inverter state. Only when the mains frequency returns to 48 ~ 52hz, Uninterruptible Power Supply performs phase locking and turns to mains inverter state.

The 38.4khz square wave sent by the triangular wave generator CPU is transformed into a 19.2khz square wave through the two frequency division circuit composed of operational amplifier, and then integrated into a triangular wave through the integrator. The standard sine wave generator CPU sends the imitation sine wave evenly divided by 128 points, which is filtered by the second-order low-pass filter to generate the standard sine wave. The standard sine wave of PWM signal is compared with the sine wave feedback signal of inverter output voltage. The result is cut by triangular wave to generate PWM signal. The inverter voltage adjustment CPU reads the inverter voltage value every 16ms and compares it with the set voltage value. When the difference value is higher than 10V, the CPU immediately adjusts the standard sine wave to adjust the PWM signal so that the output voltage is increased or decreased by 5V to reduce the difference value; When the difference is lower than 10V, the CPU accumulates the difference. When the cumulative value reaches 30V, the CPU adjusts the standard sine wave to increase or decrease the output voltage by 2V accordingly.

A / D reading of CPU the CPU reads the battery voltage, positive and negative bus voltage and internal temperature every half cycle, and reads the mains voltage, inverter voltage and inverter current every 8 standard sine wave points (at the beginning of each cycle, the CPU changes the initial position of the reading point to read every 8 standard sine wave points, achieves the scanning effect through a / D reading of 128 points, and the read value is stored in RAM).
